Are your products available in limited quantities?
Some of our products are limited edition or produced in limited runs. We recommend purchasing early to avoid missing out. Stock availability is shown on each product page.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing includes a size guide where applicable. If you're unsure, please refer to the size chart on the product page or contact us before placing your order.
Purchasing & Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make any changes. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Please check our shipping options at checkout for available delivery methods and estimated timeframes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We do not refund for change of mind.
What items are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Custom or personalised products
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our store and the purchase of products from ARA Merch. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure payment processing and do not store your payment details.
5. Shipping
We will make every effort to dispatch orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy outlined above and in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including images, logos, and text, is the property of ARA Merch and may not be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARA Merch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store.
